Terms of sale & Shipping Damages

shipping Most item will ship after 1-3 days after item is ordered. If any case item is in back order we will contact you by email or phone if you wish to stay in backorder or you can cancel your order. We ship all item UPS Ground required signature to received the package. We ship all item with insurance in any case if item is damage during shipping you can call 1800-pick-UPS and file a claim we will ship you a new item once approved by UPS please contact us first. DO NOT return damaged items without prior approval.

Sale Terms

ITG INC/ MiGicar.com will process all orders in a timely fashion, but we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you updated if any problems arise. Any type of refunds or returns are subject to the Warranty & Returns policy below. Special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Some parts are sold as aftermarket/show use only. ITG INC/ MiGicar.com disclaims liability for use other than intended.

Damage or Lost in Transit

  • If your item is received damaged, within 48 hours, contact our customer service department to file a UPS claim for the damaged item(s). The following day, UPS will make 3 pick up attempts to bring the package back to their station for inspection (5-8 business days inspection time required from UPS). A replacement is sent out immediately once the package arrives to our warehouse.
  • If a delivery confirmation states that your item has already been delivered, contact our customer service to file a lost claim with UPS. UPS will then start a trace on the package (5-8 business days inspection time required from UPS). UPS will be in contact with you for further information if needed.

    Warranties And Return Policies:

  • All of our RMA, exchanging, wrong and returning item(s) information are all issued by email not by phone. (It's by email so we can keep records).
  • *** We stand behind the products we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we'll be happy to process an exchange the product less S&H within 30 Days of your purchase. All return items will require a RMA number, which is given by our Customer Service Department only. Please allow 10-14 days for returns and exchange to be process.
  • No returns will be accepted after 7 days of purchase receipt, All return items MUST be in brand new condition which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging, otherwise you will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
  • In most cases, all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless it has been approved by our Customer Service Department.
  • We will not reship replacement(s) before we get a claim approval for the lost or stolen item(s) or the returned item from customers.
  • Any item(s) that the buyer states as defective will be tested by our Returns Department, if there is no problems or errors found during testing, there will be a mandatory 20% restocking fee for the price of the item.
  • We are only responsible for one-way shipping & handling fees for any exchange. In the event of exchanging a defective product, we will ship the replacement product to you free of charge.
  • Once the RMA# is issued, the buyer will have 7 days to return the item, if any items that is return after 7 days, the item(s) are subject for rejection. If the items are returned without an RMA#, we reserve the rights to reject the item or charge the buyer a 20% restocking fee
  • Most of our item(s) are plug and play, however PROFESSIONAL installation is highly recommended. Buyer assumes all risk on usage
  • Any return must be authorized by first contacting customer service at ITG INC/ MiGicar.com.All returned packages without a RMA # will be refused. Please include your name, order number, item description and the reason for return in your email to sales@itg-gifts.com.

Orders that are shipped to an address other than the billing address listed with the credit card company require a temporary, alternate shipping note added to the account.
