Terms of sale & Shipping Damages

shipping Most item will ship after 1-3 days after item is ordered. If any case item is in back order we will contact you by email or phone if you wish to stay in backorder or you can cancel your order. We ship all item UPS Ground required signature to received the package. We ship all item with insurance in any case if item is damage during shipping you can call 1800-pick-UPS and file a claim we will ship you a new item once approved by UPS please contact us first. DO NOT return damaged items without prior approval.

ITG INC/ MiGicar.com will process all orders in a timely fashion, but we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you updated if any problems arise. Any type of refunds or returns are subject to the Warranty & Returns policy below. Special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Some parts are sold as aftermarket/show use only. ITG INC/ MiGicar.com disclaims liability for use other than intended.

Warranties And Return Policies:

  • All of our RMA, exchanging, wrong and returning item(s) information are all issued by email not by phone. (It's by email so we can keep records).
  • Warranty Period: 30 Days from delivery day. We are not responsible for any return and exchange after the warranty period.
  • No returns will be accepted after 7 days of purchase receipt.
  • All sales are final, no refunds are available. We can only issue an exchange if the item is received defective or incorrect item shipped.
  • All return items MUST be in brand new condition which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging, otherwise a 20% restocking fees will be charged, All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in any circumstances. so please order carefully.
  • We are only responsible for one-way shipping & handling fees for any exchange. In the event of exchanging a defective product, we will ship the replacement product to you free of charge.
  • Any return must be authorized by first contacting customer service at ITG INC/ MiGicar.com.All returned packages without a RMA # will be refused. Please include your name, order number, item description and the reason for return in your email to sales@itg-gifts.com.
  • We will not resend product before we get a confirmation from insurance claim or the returned item from customers.
  • An RMA number will be issued for an authorized return via email.
  • Many of our items do not come with installation instructions, professional installation is highly recommended. Buyer assumes all risk on shipment and usage. Item is auction " AS IS ", no warranty is expressed.
  • All returns must be sent back at customer's own expense to our warehouse NOT our Ohio office. ITG INC/ MiGicar.com is not responsible for any unauthorized return merchandise.
  • Information throughout the web site of migicar.com is subject to change without notice. Some pictures may be different from the actual products.*Due to DOT regulation, headlights with amber reflector would be shipped without prior notice whichever applied.

    All returns & exchange must be shipped freight prepaid.

    All products returned to ITG INC/ MiGicar.com must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by ITG INC/ MiGicar.com. The RMA is valid for 7 days from the date of issuance. Please contact us by email to request an RMA number and return instructions.

    All information submitted to us is private. We do not rent, sell, distribute information to anyone. We respect your privacy.

    Payments

    Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover. There are no credit card surcharges. Please be sure to provide the exact name, billing address, and telephone number as they appear on the credit card statement. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the time processing the order. Orders that are shipped to an address other than the billing address listed with the credit card company require a temporary, alternate shipping note added to the account. Applying this note may also cause a short delay in processing time as we will need to verify this manually. This is for your security. Please note that we will only accept credit cards issued by a bank or other financial institution within the U.S., possessions, and Canada with verifiable references. If the bank is unable to provide verification, we will contact you for alternate arrangements. All transactions are subject to verification for safety and security purposes.
