All Shipments are made via FedEx, UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail depends on the item size and destination. We reserve the right to choose the services. Express shipping upon request with extra shipping cost.
Domestic shipping rates include service within the Continental USA, where UPS ground shipment is available.
Local Pick-Ups are NOT acceptable.
Our International shipping rates include AK, HI, GU, VI, PR, PO Boxes, APO / FPO and Canada
All orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours after the payment is received in full.
Insurance is Optional but HIGHLY RECOMMANDED to avoid problems when packages are damaged, lost or stolen due to shipping transit.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. No returns will be accepted for any reason after 7 days of delivery.

Warranties And Return Policies:
All of our RMA, exchanging, wrong and returning item(s) information are all issued by email not by phone. (by email please so we can keep records).
Warranty Period: 20 Days from delivery day. We are not responsible for any return and exchange after the warranty period.
No returns will be accepted after 7 days of purchase receipt.
All sales are final, no refunds are available. We can only issue an exchange if the item is received defective or incorrect item shipped.
All return items MUST be in brand new condition which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging, otherwise a 20% restocking fees will be charged, All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in any circumstances. so please order carefully.
We are only responsible for one-way shipping & handling fees for any exchange. In the event of exchanging a defective product, we will ship the replacement product to you free of charge.
Any return must be authorized by first contacting customer service at ITG INC/ MiGicar.com.All returned packages without a RMA # will be refused. Please include your name, order number, item description and the reason for return in your email to Sales@itg-gifts.com .
We will not resend product before we get a confirmation from insurance claim or the returned item from customers.
An RMA number will be issued for an authorized return via email.
Many of our items do not come with installation instructions, professional installation is highly recommended. Buyer assumes all risk on shipment and usage. Item is auction " AS IS ", no warranty is expressed.
All returns must be sent back at customer's own expense to our warehouse NOT our Ohio office. ITG INC/ MiGicar.com is not responsible for any unauthorized return merchandise.
EXCHANGES: You MUST return the item(s) first before replacement part(s)

All returns & exchange must be shipped freight prepaid.
All products returned to ITG INC/ MiGicar.com must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) issued by ITG INC/ MiGicar.com. The RMA is valid for 7 days from the date of issuance.

Can you ship to a different address beside my billing? Yes,
we are able to ship to an address other than your billing address.
However, we do require an authorization. The procedure is done
strictly to protect consumers, as well as ourselves as a merchant.
We realize that this policy may be slightly inconvenient, however
it enables us to provide you with the best possible price. We hope
you understand our position, and thank you for your cooperation!
Here are the authorization procedures that we accept:
Contact your credit card company
to have your shipping address added as an authorized shipping
address on their records. Please send an e-mail to sales@MiGiCar.com,
when address is successfully added.
How long will it take before it ships? We do request one to
two business day for all items that are in stock. It is possible
that your order may ship the same day, however it is not a guarantee.
MiGiCar/ ITG will do it's very best to ensure the quickest possible
processing of every order. You may experience delays if there are
any problems with the processing or verification of your billing
address or credit card information. We will also email you if
there is a delay on the shipment.
Please keep in mind that we do not process orders on weekends, off
office hours, or observed holidays.
How long does it take for delivery via UPS or FedEx Ground Shipping?
Since we warehouse are located in the east and west
coast, it usually takes 1-7 business days for UPS / FedEx Ground. However, there maybe
some delays on the First Class Mail shipping which we cannot
guarantee the actual delivery time.
Do you ship internationally? Unfortunately, we do not ship
internationally at the present time. We do require an US billing
and shipping address.
What carriers do you use? We currently use UPS, FedEx, and
USPS as our shipping carriers. You can always tracking the package
status at www.fedex.com/us, www.ups.com and www.usps.com.
How do I find out the shipping rate? After you select the
shipping method and hit continue, the shipping rate will be listed
on the left side of the screen.
Lost / Damage packages? All claims for shipment shortage
and errors must be reported within 24 hours to MiGiCar/ ITG INC
at Sales@itg-gifts.com from which the order received.
Otherwise, MiGiCar/ ITG INC is not responsible for such claim. We
will investigate the error, prepare the necessary documents and
make the arrangements required to correct the error.
Damaged shipments should address directly to the freight carrier
by recipient. Most carriers require damage claims to be filed by
the receiver. Please call the carrier asap to file the claim. Once claim is filed, please email us Sales@itg-gifts.com the receipt number and the carrier will pick up the item. Replacement for the damaged shipment will be shipped asap.

Claims for lost shipments should be reported to MiGiCar/ ITG.
We will contact the carrier to have your shipment traced.
Sometimes, as in the case of UPS / FedEx, we can trace the
shipment the same day. Shipments by other carriers may take two to
seven working days to track. In any event, we are committed to
working with you to resolve problems that result from carrier
error or mishandling.
How long does it take for delivery via UPS or FedEx Ground Shipping?

coast, it usually takes 1-5 business days for UPS / FedEx Ground. However, there maybe
some delays on the First Class Mail shipping which we cannot
guarantee the actual delivery time.
Will I get a tracking number for my package? Yes. We will
email you the tracking number for all packages after they are
being shipped. For USPS packages we will email you the
confirmation number, it only show when the package was dropped
off/label printed and when its actually delivered, it does not
show real time status.
Please note that we do charge $25.00
shipping and handling fee if the package was returned to us due to
